County Line out to 60 nm.

.SYNOPSIS...
Winds will fall to 15 to 20 knots this morning, then to 15 knots 
(i.e. below headline criteria) tonight. Southwest winds will 
become southeasterly around mid-week, but remain below headline 
criteria for the remainder of the week. Daily chances for 
thunderstorms may bring temporarily higher winds and seas.
