.DISCUSSION...

Weak high pressure builds in over the region the next couple of days,
with a drying and warming trend. Look for continued haze and
smoke to filter the sun. Expect poor relative humidity recovery at
night. Given the relatively calm conditions under high pressure,
expect winds to be mainly terrain driven through the next couple
of days. A weak disturbance approaches the area late Wednesday
resulting in increased winds from the south. Wind speeds will
generally be light but some brief gusts are possible Wednesday and
Thursday afternoons.
