New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
outer waters will pass E of the area early today. A warm front 
will lift NE across the waters today and tonight. A cold front 
will approach the New England coast Thu, then move offshore late
Thu into Fri. The front will move S of the area later Fri, then 
drift S of the waters Fri night through Sun night as a series of
low pressure centers track E and NE along the front. High 
pressure will build NW and N of the region Fri night into Sat 
night, then persist N and NE of the waters Sun into Sun night.
