New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong high pressure will
build E and SE toward the waters tonight, move E over the area
Wed, then pass E of the region Wed night. A developing low will
approach the waters from the SW early Wed night, and move NE
along the New England coast later Wed night. The low will then
turn E and pass across the area Thu, and move well E of the
region Thu night. Another high will slowly build E toward the
coast Thu night into Fri night, move E over the waters Sat, then
pass E of the area Sat night as another developing low 
approaches from the SW. The low will pass NW and then N of the
area Sun and Sun night while pulling a strong cold front across 
the waters.
