New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Intense low pressure located E
of the area to the S of Newfoundland will move off to the E tonight.
High pressure will move E over the waters tonight into Mon, then
shift E and SE of the area late Mon and Mon night. Another low will
pass N of the area Tue and Tue night. A third low will pass N of the
area Wed and Wed night, and pull a cold front SE into the waters Wed
night. The cold front will pass S of the waters Thu before stalling
S of the area Thu night, then return N over the area as a warm front
Fri into Fri night. Another ridge will build SE over the area Thu
night, then move E across the waters Fri and Fri night.
