New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak cold front over the
southwest waters will move south of the area this evening. High 
pressure over the northeast waters will shift south of the area 
tonight. A strong low pressure will pass north of the waters 
later tonight into Fri, pulling a cold front towards the 
northern zones Fri night. The front will move slowly south into 
the waters Sat and Sat night, then stall over the southern 
portions Sun. Low pressure will form along the front Sun night, 
then move E across the waters Mon and Mon night pulling the 
front through the remainder of the waters. Another high will
build into the region Tue and Tue night.
