.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front S of the waters
will continue to drift S away from the waters today into tonight,
then become stationary by Sun into Sun night. A series of low
pressure centers will develop and track E and NE along the
boundary today into Sun night. The front will slowly dissipate
Mon into Tue. High pressure will build NW and N of the region
today and tonight, persist N of the waters Sun, shift NE of the
area Sun night into Mon, and then rebuild into the N waters Mon
night into Tue night. A possible tropical or sub-tropical
cyclone will approach the waters from the S Tue into Wed, and
then move E of the area Wed night as a high pressure ridge builds
S across the region ahead of an approaching cold front.
