New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front moving E over 
the waters early this morning will move S of the area by 7 AM 
EST. Low pressure will move NE along the front S of the waters 
today and tonight. A high pressure ridge will gradually build E 
across the area tonight into Mon. A developing low will move NE 
Sun night into Mon while staying just S of the area. Another 
stronger high pressure ridge will build SE over the region late 
Mon night and persist into Wed night. Another developing low will
move into the southern waters late Wed night.
