New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will
approach the area from the SW tonight, then move slowly NE across
the waters Sat into Sat night before stalling over the eastern 
portions Sun into Mon. Low pressure will approach the waters from
the S Sun night, then move slowly NE over the area Mon into Tue 
while pulling the cold front through the remainder of the region.
Another low pressure will approach the northern portions Tue
night, then move E while passing just N of the area Wed and Wed 
night while pulling a cold front SE across the waters.
