New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Intensifying low pressure will
track NE and pass just SE of Georges Bank early today, then move
off to the E later today and tonight while continuing to
strengthen. A high pressure ridge will move E over the waters
this evening into Mon, then shift E and SE of the area late Mon 
and Mon night. Another low will pass N of the area Tue and Tue 
night. A third low will pass N of the area Wed and Wed night, and
pull a cold front SE into the waters Wed night. The cold front 
will pass S of the waters Thu, then stall S of the region Thu 
night.
