New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front extending E and
NE from just S of Long Island early tonight will move S and SE 
and be located off of the Delaware and New Jersey coasts by Sun 
morning. The front will move to off the Virginia coast Sun 
night, where it will stall through Mon night as weak low 
pressure centers move east-northeast along the front. For Tue 
and Tue night, the front will move back N as a warm front as low
pressure strengthens over the lower Great Lakes. The low will 
move NE Wed, and pull a cold front through the waters later Wed 
and Wed night. The front will stall just S of the waters Thu and
Thu night, with another cold front approaching from the NW Thu 
night.
