New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Subtropical Storm Beryl SE
of the area near 38.3N 65.2W at 09Z this morning, will move NE
to 39.1N 64.0W by 18Z this afternoon, weaken to a post-tropical
cyclone near 40.5N 62.0W at 06Z tonight, then continue to weaken
and move E of the area to near 42.6N 59.6W by 18Z Mon. See the 
latest National Hurricane Center advisory for more details on 
Beryl. Otherwise, A high pressure ridge will persist across the 
region today into Mon, then slowly shift E of the area Mon 
night. A cold front will approach the coast from the W Tue into 
Tue night, and move E across the waters Wed and Wed night. 
Another ridge will build E over the region Thu and Thu night.
