New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A low pressure trough will
move SE across the region tonight. A warm front will approach
from the S later tonight, then lift NE across the waters Thu.
Developing low pressure will track NE through the area Thu into
Thu night, then move NE into the Canadian Maritimes late Thu
night into Fri night while pulling a series of low pressure
troughs through the region. High pressure will build SE towards 
the waters Sat and Sun night, then move over the region Mon and 
Mon night.
