New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Post-tropical cyclone Chris
was located over SE Newfoundland this evening and will continue 
to track NE across the N Atlantic tonight into the weekend as a 
strong extratropical cyclone. A high pressure ridge will build 
across the northern waters tonight, persist across the region 
through Mon, then slowly shift E of the area Mon night. Low 
pressure will slowly approach Georges Bank from the S Sat into 
Sun, then will turn NE and move away from the waters Sun night 
and Mon. A cold front will approach the coast Tue and Tue night.
