New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will move E and
pass just S of the waters today, then move E away from the area 
tonight. Developing low pressure will approach from the S and SW 
early Tue morning, and then track NE near the New England coast 
and strengthen while pulling a strong cold front across the 
waters during the day Tue into Tue evening. Strong high pressure
will slowly build E toward the region later Tue night, Wed into 
Wed night, and then move E over the region Thu into Thu night. 
The next developing low will approach from the S Thu night, then
intensify as it moves NE across the area Fri and Fri night.
