New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A front will remain stationary
well S of the waters tonight into Mon as several low pressure 
centers track NE along the boundary. A stronger low will form 
along the front to the SE and E of the area later tonight into 
Mon, and move N toward the Canadian Maritimes Mon night into Tue.
A high pressure ridge will persist to the N of the region 
tonight into Mon while gradually becoming weaker, settle S into 
the waters Mon night into Tue, and then shift E of the area Tue 
night and Wed. A possible tropical or sub-tropical cyclone will 
approach the waters from the S later Wed into Wed night, and then
move NE near Georges Bank early Thu, passing E of the area Thu 
and Thu night as a cold front moves E over the waters. High 
pressure will move E over the waters Fri with another cold front 
approaching the area from the NW Fri night.
