New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure S of the waters
will move NE tonight while high pressure builds E towards the 
coast. The high will cross the waters Wed, then slowly weaken 
and gradually shift NE of the area Wed night through Fri night 
while maintaining a weakening ridge just S of the waters. A weak 
cold front will move toward the far N waters and stall Fri night,
and then return N as a warm front early Sat. A stronger cold 
front will approach the area from the W later Sat through Sun,
then move into the waters Sun night.
