New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Developing low pressure just 
S of the waters will move NE tonight while a cold front passes E 
over the area. A high pressure ridge will move E across the area 
Sat, then shift E of the waters Sat night. A warm front will lift
N over the region Sat night into Sun as strong low pressure 
moves over the SW portion. The low will pass NE across the 
remainder of the waters later Sun into Sun night while pulling a 
strong cold front E through the region. A series of secondary 
cold fronts will move SE across the waters Mon and Mon night. 
Another ridge will move E over the area Tue into early Wed. 
Another cold front will approach the coast late Wed and move 
offshore Wed night.
