New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure will track E 
over northern New England and approach the Maine coast early this
morning. The low will then move SE and offshore today, then 
track E and SE of the area this afternoon and tonight. A high 
pressure ridge will gradually build across the area behind the 
departing low Sat, then shift E and S of the area Sat night as 
another cold front approaches from the W. Weak low pressure and 
the associated cold front will pass SE over the waters Sun into 
Sun night, followed by weak high pressure building in from the W 
later Sun night into Mon night. Yet another cold front will
move across the area later Tue and Tue night.
