New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
will move E of the waters this morning. A cold front will 
approach the waters today, then move SE across the area tonight.
High pressure will move E over the waters Thu, and pass E of the
area Thu night as a warm front and developing low pressure area 
approach from the S and SW. The low will move NE and pass over 
the waters Fri, and pass E of the area Fri night as the next high
pressure ridge approaches from the W. The ridge will move E 
across the area Sat as a strong low pressure system and its front
approach from the W Sat night. The low will pass NE across the
Gulf of Maine Sun and Sun night while pulling its strong cold 
front E through the region.
