New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front S of the 
southern New England coast, will lift N as a warm front today 
while low pressure over the western waters moves NE. A low 
pressure trough will develop along the coast tonight, then linger
through Sun. A cold front will move into the northern waters Sun
night and reach the southern New England coast by Mon. The front
will then continue to move slowly south Mon night through Tue, 
extending northeast from the North Carolina coast to just south 
of Georges Bank Tue night.
