New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure SE of Nova
Scotia, will continue to accelerate NE away from the area today.
A high pressure ridge will build E toward the coast today, with 
a weakening ridge crossing the waters tonight. A cold front will 
approach the waters early Wed, then move SE across the area later
Wed into Wed night. High pressure will move E over the waters 
Thu, and pass E of the area Thu night as a warm front and 
developing low pressure area approaches from the S and SW. The 
low will move NE and pass over the far southern waters Fri, and 
pass E of the area Fri night as the next ridge approaches from 
the W. Another strong low pressure system will approach the 
waters from the W Sat and Sat night.
