New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge will 
build E toward the waters this morning, then pass SE of the area
later today. A cold front will approach the New England coast
this evening, move offshore tonight, then clear S of the waters 
Mon and Mon night. High pressure will build E to the coast Tue 
and Tue night, settle across the waters Wed, then weaken and
slowly shift NE of the area Wed night through Thu night.
