New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Developing low pressure will
move NE along the New England coast tonight into Sat while
pulling a strong cold front across the waters. The low will 
further intensify well N of the waters Sat night and pull a low
pressure trough across the area on Sun. High pressure will move
off the Mid-Atlantic coast Sun night, and pass S of the area Mon
into Mon night. Another low will approach from the S early Tue, 
then track NE and strengthen while pulling a frontal system 
across the waters late Tue into Wed, followed by high pressure 
building E toward the area Wed night.
