New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak high pressure ridge
over the outer waters will shift E of the region today as a warm
front passes NE across the area. A strong cold front will 
approach the waters from the W this afternoon, move offshore
tonight, then pass SE of the region and stall just S of the 
area Sat and Sat night as low pressure tracks NE along the front.
Another ridge will move E across the area Sun into Mon. Another 
low will pass S of the waters Sun night and Mon. A third ridge 
will build SE over the region late Mon night into Tue night.
