New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure just E of
Georges Bank will move further E of the area tonight. A warm 
front will lift N across the region tonight into Fri. A strong 
cold front will approach the coast Fri and Fri night, move slowly
E across the waters late Sat into Sun. Low pressure will approach
the waters from the S Sun night, and move slowly NE over the 
area Mon into Tue night, while pulling another cold front across
the region.
