New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure just S of Georges
Bank will move E of the waters tonight while pulling a cold front
further SE of the area. High pressure will build over the waters
Thu into Thu night, then shift N of the area Fri and Fri night. 
Weak low pressure will move N over Georges Bank Sat and dissipate
Sat night. A warm front will lift N across the waters Sat night 
and Sun, then pass N of the area Sun night. A high pressure ridge
will gradually build W across the region Mon and Mon night.
