New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Strong low pressure over the
Bay of Fundy early this morning will move NE and cross the 
Canadian Maritimes later this morning through tonight. A series 
of secondary cold fronts will move SE across the waters today 
and tonight. A strong high pressure ridge will move E over the
area later Tue into Wed. The next low pressure system will 
approach from the W by Wed night. Intensifying low pressure will
track NE along the New England coast Thu with an associated cold
front moving E into the waters. The front will clear E of the 
waters Thu night as the low crosses the Canadian Maritimes. Yet
another cold front will move E over the area Fri followed by a 
high pressure ridge building E to the coast Fri night.
