.SYNOPSIS...High pressure just offshore the Carolinas today
will push seaward as strong low pressure develops over the 
Southeast U.S. Thursday. Boating conditions will deteriorate 
Thursday night with very hazardous boating conditions Friday with 
Gale conditions possible, especially offshore. A strong cold front
is forecast to cross the local Atlantic waters late Friday into 
Friday night which will bring a threat for strong to severe storms
pushing offshore. High pressure will build over the area behind 
the front this weekend with improving boating conditions, 
especially Sunday into early next week.

on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Wednesday April 17th.
