.SYNOPSIS...The axis of a high pressure ridge across the waters will
provide light winds and good boating conditions today. A second 
area of high pressure building off the mid Atlantic coast tonight
will produce a moderate east to southeast breeze across the local 
waters for most of the work week.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...None.

The approximate location of the west wall of the Gulf Stream based 
on the Real Time Ocean Forecast System as of Sunday February 18th.
