.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered off to the northeast will remain 
in place while broad low pressure will begin to develop over the 
northwestern Gulf. This low pressure system will gradually 
strengthen and push east-northeast across the north central Gulf on 
Wednesday and Thursday. High pressure will settle into the northern 
gulf over the weekend.
