.SYNOPSIS...

Gusty northeast to east flow will continue over the local waters
through Friday with high pressure dominating north of the waters
and coastal troughs moving onshore. Locally higher winds and sea 
seas are expected in waves of showers. East winds will gradually
relax into the weekend as high pressure settles farther south,
extending across Georgia into early next week.
