.SYNOPSIS...
Strengthening onshore flow will continue between high pressure
north of the waters and Tropical Cyclone Humberto over the
northwest Bahamas. Winds and seas will increase through this 
weekend as the tropical cyclone tracks northward into early next 
week. Local mariners should monitor the latest official forecasts 
from the National Hurricane Center.
