.SYNOPSIS...
High pressure ridge will retreat as Alberto moves north through  the
Gulf. Winds and seas will rise Today as the pressure gradient 
increases. Showers and thunderstorms associated with Alberto will 
arrive in bands from the south and persist for most of the day. 
Occasional gusts near gale force will be possible this afternoon 
and evening in stronger squalls. Alberto will reach the Northern 
Gulf coast Monday, then move further inland, as high pressure 
builds East of the region. A front will slide Southeast over the 
region late in the week.

morning.

10 feet. Dominant period 8 seconds. Inland waters choppy. A slight 
chance of thunderstorms late in the evening. A chance of showers
