.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build north of the region through
Tuesday as winds become easterly. Southerly flow increases 
Wednesday with a return to advisory conditions ahead of the next 
frontal system. The front will cross the local area early Thursday.
High pressure will build west of the region Thursday and Friday 
with persistent offshore flow.
