.SYNOPSIS...
Moderate onshore flow will continue over the waters between high 
pressure north of the waters and a tropical disturbance over the 
Bahamas. Winds will increase and waves will build Friday into 
Saturday as the tropical low tracks northward this weekend into 
early next week and will likely develop into a tropical cyclone. 
Local mariners should monitor the latest official forecasts from 
the National Hurricane Center.
