.SYNOPSIS...

Strengthening onshore flow will continue between high pressure north
of the waters and potential tropical cyclone 9 over the Bahamas. 
Winds will increase and waves will build through Sunday as the 
tropical low tracks northward into early next week. Local mariners 
should monitor the latest official forecasts from the National 
Hurricane Center as this system could bring tropical cyclone 
conditions to the local waters.
