.SYNOPSIS...
Surface high pressure will build east of the region through 
Tuesday as a cold front approaches from the northwest. This front
will move south across area waters Wednesday, and stall just to 
the south Wednesday night. High pressure will build to the north 
and then northeast late in the week, with the enhanced pressure 
gradient leading to elevated conditions.
