.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure ridge will be over area waters Today. An area of low
pressure will develop over the Eastern Gulf Tonight into Thursday.
This low will then slowly move East across the region Thursday 
night through Friday night. High pressure will build to the West 
on Saturday, then to the Northwest Saturday night into Sunday.
