.SYNOPSIS...
Winds and seas remain elevated as Alberto drifts north toward the
Florida panhandle. Scattered thunderstorms are possible this 
afternoon, and southeast winds will remain at 15 to 20 knots with
some higher gusts in the offshore waters. Tuesday winds and seas
will remain near caution levels, before high pressure begins to 
build across south Florida on Wednesday. High pressure will
continue to build northward across the Florida peninsula with a 
prevailing offshore flow over the local waters and subsiding seas
through the end of the week.
