This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north Alabama and portions of
southern middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Northerly winds in the 5 to 15 mph range, along with bitterly cold 
temperatures, will combine and produce very cold wind chill values 
across the Tennessee Valley. A Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect
for the area, with wind chill values ranging from zero to minus 10 
degrees this morning. Please refer to our winter weather product for 
additional details.

Patchy freezing fog formation is possible late tonight, mainly in 
sheltered valleys and near bodies of water. 

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

Isolated thunderstorms accompanying more widespread showers are
possible on Monday, as a cold front moves across the region. Gusty
winds are primary threats posed by the stronger storms. 


Activation of storm spotters and emergency management personnel is 
not anticipated at this time.
