.Synopsis for Stonington ME to Merrimack River MA out to 25 NM...
Low pressure emerges off the Mid Atlantic coast and tracks near Cape
Cod Sunday into Sunday night with an easterly wind developing over 
the Gulf of Maine, shifting to the north on Monday. Winds increase 
Monday night as an Arctic cold front drops in from the northwest.
Northwesterly flow will continue through Tuesday and into Wednesday
before the next system arrives at the end of the week.
