Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Cold front moving through the coastal waters this
morning will kick up the winds and seas. Gale warning have been
issued with gusts expected to reach gale force this morning and
possibly linger into the early afternoon hours. Winds and seas
lower this evening but seas may take much of the night to subside.
Surface high pressure builds over the coastal waters Thursday with
much improved conditions. Very favorable weather is expected
Friday and over the weekend as weak surface ridge prevails. A few
thunderstorms, some strong, to remain mainly over the outer waters
this morning.
